Privacy

Lotmark collects the information you submit through the contact form: email, name, company, use case, plan interest, message, request-demo preference, browser user agent, and IP address. Stripe-handled checkout fields (payment method, billing address) are processed by Stripe under their privacy policy.

This information is used to respond to inquiries, provision API access, prioritize onboarding, and prevent abusive submissions. It is stored in the Lotmark contact database and is not sold.
